As a project lead, Md. Abdul Hannan managed 14 grants projects successfully with particular focuses on climate resilience food & nutrition security, livelihoods development, climate adaptable agriculture, social protection, emergency response, local value chain development, public health, women economic empowerment (WEE), market driven solutions and community mobilization areas of INGOs, UN and Government Ministries.
As a national consultant, he performed number of assessment and study for INGO, GoB and private sector on livelihoods, designing behaviour change framework, cash transfer program for humanitarian program, WASH impact, food & nutrition security, formative research on gender and so on.
He demonstrated leadership & management skills for leading large number of project implementation team through strategic planning & result-based management, effective coordination with donors & policy makers, build & maintain strong partnership with NGOs, private sectors, government and change makers. Represent lead of team externally and internally in line with organizational agenda through evidence-based pre-positioning, influencing, partnership and policy dialogue.
Md.
