Gourob Kundu

Gourob Kundu is a results-oriented development professional with over 12 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL), and leadership roles at globally recognized organizations including FHI 360, BRAC, BBC Media Action, and icddr,b, contributing to programs in health, nutrition, and social change across Bangladesh.

Mr. Kundu’s core strengths include designing evidence-based strategies, implementing digital solutions, and translating data into improved program performance. He has developed and led monitoring systems aligned with both organizational and national priorities—particularly in maternal and child health, primary healthcare, and community-based engagement. With hands-on expertise in tools such as Kobo Toolbox, he has built dashboards and reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights to program managers, donors, and government partners. He also served as Technical Monitor for an OpenSRP-based technology solution that integrated nutrition tracking into immunization services, enhancing frontline efficiency and data quality.

Mr. Kundu has co-authored peer-reviewed publications and led studies funded by UNICEF and the Gates Foundation. He holds a Master’s degree in Anthropology and is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Public Health with a focus on Health and Hospital Management.
